Milkervé is a powder made with almonds (78%), sprouted Kamut wheat (22%). It can be used to make an “almond-milk” drink.
• The germination process of the wheat significantly increases the bio-availability of minerals and trace elements.
Thanks to the stone-grinding process, the powder is almost totally soluble in water. This traditional method avoids using dessicating or lyophilising processes which, although making the product fully water-soluble, would oxidize it and destroy all it's essential energies.
• We use raw almonds. The almonds we use are not only rich in lipids and amino acids, they are also the oleaginous seed with the highest content of oleic acid, the mono-unsaturated fat acids which are essential to the integrity of bone-cell membranes.
• Milkervé provides high levels of magnesium, (known for enhancing neuro-muscular relaxation), iron (which prevents anemia) and Vitamin E. This liposoluble vitamin is a natural anti-oxidant which protects the organism by neutralising free radicals.
Use advice : Milkervé may be mixed with hot water in tea or coffee, or added to muesli or cocoa... (2 tablespoons per bowl).
It may be enjoyed by everyone, especially young children.
It is suitable for all those who do not wish to consume animal milk which, through it's tendancy to clog the system, is increasingly emerging as a source of allergies and illnesses such as colds, otitis, bronchitis...
Milkervé can be given to babies, in a bottle or with a spoon at the start of weaning. For infants under 5 month it is advisable to consult a GP or health visitor before use.
Milkervé can be used in baking instead of milk.
